Privacy Policy

Where we are today

BEAM by GlowJar (“BEAM”, “we”, “us”) has not launched yet. This site currently exists to let people join our waitlist. This policy describes what we do with the information you give us on this waitlist site. It will be replaced with a fuller policy covering the BEAM app itself before that app is generally available.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we store:

• The email address you provide.
• The timestamp of your submission.
• A coarse, IP-derived country (used only for aggregate signup stats — we don't otherwise track location).
• Your browser's user-agent string (used only to catch spam/bot submissions).

This information is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a key-value store operated by Cloudflare on our behalf. We do not currently collect this information through cookies or any client-side tracking script.

Why we collect it

Solely to let you know when BEAM launches or has news worth sharing, and to understand rough interest levels while we build. Submitting the form also triggers an internal notification email to our small team so we know someone signed up — that notification email is sent via Cloudflare Email Routing and is not stored anywhere beyond our own inboxes.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use your waitlist submission for advertising targeting.

Duplicate submissions

If you submit the same email address more than once, we keep only the original record — resubmitting does not create a second entry or send a second internal notification.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry at any time by emailing hello@glowjar.io from the address you signed up with. We'll remove it promptly.

Changes to this policy

As BEAM moves from a waitlist to a real product, this policy will be replaced with one that covers the app itself — accounts, family data, screen-time data, and so on. We'll post that update here when it's ready.
