What this site is

glowjar.io is currently a pre-launch marketing site for BEAM by GlowJar. It lets visitors join a waitlist and learn what BEAM will be. It does not create a BEAM account, and there is no BEAM app or service available through this site yet. These terms cover this marketing site only — separate terms of service will apply once the BEAM app itself is available.

No accounts, no purchases

This site does not require or offer account creation, sign-in, or payment of any kind. Joining the waitlist only submits an email address, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site or the waitlist form to submit false, abusive, or automated bulk signups, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it.

Intellectual property

The BEAM and GlowJar names, logos, and the content on this site (copy, illustrations, and design) belong to GlowJar unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

No warranties

This site, and the waitlist, are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no promises about the accuracy of information here (including timelines) or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowJar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel (placeholder — final governing-law clause pending legal review), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms as this site — and later, the BEAM app — evolves. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
